看書少的人會覺得，催眠是胡扯的，只存在於影視作品或者小說裡。
看書多的人就會深信，催眠確有其事，真真正正存在。
在催眠的過程中，能獲得非同一般的感受和能力，比如拿個火烤手腕，如果在清醒狀態下必然會疼的嗷嗷叫，但是在催眠過程中，只會覺得有點暖和，等清醒後睜開眼一看，手都烤破皮了。
再比如說：氣功。
很多人覺的是胡說八道，但其實氣功確有其事，只是常見的都是動功，真正厲害的靜功非常罕見。靜功發功時，靜立不動，但卻渾身發熱，不僅自己熱，還能給別人“加熱”，只靠一雙手就行。聽起來很玄，但是真實存在的。
早些年大家看“冥想”也覺得神乎其神，胡謅八扯。而今隨著吃螃蟹的人越來越多，大家也漸漸相信冥想確有其妙處。
至於“睡一覺”和“冥想”究竟哪個更好，這個還有待考證。但毫無疑問，閉目養神，什麼都不想，真的可以讓身體和精神獲得片刻歇息。
這世界大的很，除了一日三餐一鋪睡塌，還有許許多多未知但有趣的領域。雖沒法出去看看，但可以在家看書~也不虧~
繼續第110天的英語啟蒙，今天繼續繪本課程(五)。
本連續課程挑選《My first reading library》裡面的繪本進行親子簡讀:原文讀一遍，描述圖片讀一遍，再親子互動一遍，強調重點詞。
今天的繪本是：《Stop that cow》，如下圖所示。
內容大意：一隻奶牛尋求刺激，把小轎車開得飛快，結果轎車被玩壞了；又把飛機開到飛起，結果飛機墜毀了，幸好她自己沒事，最後迴歸平淡，安安分分待在農場吃草，奶牛發現還是自己的生活最好。
第一遍：通讀全文，按照原文朗讀，通篇押韻，無需改動。
第二遍：適當拓展，描述圖片，讓孩子感受重點詞彙。
可以進行如下對話：
《Stop that cow》
封面：Here is a cow.She is in a car.What colour is the car?It is red.A cow in a car?How strange they are.
正文：每段內容對應每整頁圖片。
Here is Lily.She is a cow.She is grazing with a sheep and a hen on the grass.In the distance,they see a car passing by.Lily wishes that she had a car just like that.
Her wish comes true.Now Lily the cow is driving a car.She dashes all the way down the road.The car goes beep and beep.It goes so fast that it almost bumps into a hen.
Now lily drives her car into the town.There are lots of people in the town.They all stare and point at her car.
Lily doesn't slow down when she comes to an intersection.It is not right.Because her car almost collides with other cars.
Things get out of control.Lily drives so fast that she goes off the road.
Oh,no.The car goes in the pool.Now the car is out of work.It breaks down.Lily couldn't drive it any more.
What can Lily do?She decides to fly!Now she is in a plane.Is she good at flying an areplane?Maybe.She can fly in a loop in the sky.
Oh,something goes wrong.The plane is falling.
The plane crashes into a large pile of hay.Thank goodness.Lily is ok.
Lily doesn't like the car or the plane any more.She likes her green farm now..
親子互動：和寶寶玩賽車遊戲，一人一臺玩具車，規定起始點，然後開始比賽。
可以進行如下對話：
Time to play.
Daddy draws a line as the starting line.
Then daddy draws another line as the finishing line.
Here is a car for Baby.
Here is a car for Daddy.
Now let's race.
Race you from the starting line to the finishing line.
