1、首先是對方的稱呼，放在最開頭，是不用空格的，寫在一行的頂格位置

2、接著是正文，這裡就要像我們寫語文作文一樣，開頭空兩格的位置，就開始寫正文。一般是分成三段，第一段寫你是誰，問好，為什麼寫信，第二段是最重要內容，最後一段是結尾。

3、最後是結束語和落款，寫在正文結尾下一行的末尾部分，先寫結束語再寫寫信人名字。
