謝邀，“相”指事物的外部形態。佛教認為：無論從空間還是從時間意義上看，一切事物都在聚合分離演化著，並無一個實在的形態。《金剛經》提及了四種相，既無我相、無人相、無眾生相和無壽者相。認為我只是一個虛幻的東西，永恆的“我”並不存在，它的存在只是身體的感覺以及那在不斷變幻著的心念。既然“無我”，當然也就無相、無物，只不過稱呼為我，稱呼為相罷了。從佛教中來理解維度就是幻像中的作標，有了“相”維度才會有存在的意義。三界六道輪迴一切都是在“相”中，而表達三界六道的就是維度，我們都生活在多維世界中，每個道的維度不同我們的生活就相互不影響。也可以說是一念天堂一念地獄。
