隨著醫療技術的進步,彩超、鉬靶等裝置的精度越來越高,所以發現乳腺腫塊的機率也在增大,發現的腫塊也越來越小。任何可疑的乳腺腫物都應行穿刺活檢明確診斷!
細針穿刺活檢具有創傷較小和價格低等優勢,但其需要由有經驗的病理學專家診斷,有細針穿刺活檢結果的情況下,如需要鑑別非典型性增生和惡性病變時仍需再次進行粗針穿刺活檢。粗針穿刺活檢可獲得足夠組織樣本量,並具有可在乳腺X線檢查、超聲檢查或MRI引導下進行穿刺活檢等優點,超聲引導下粗針穿刺活檢診斷乳腺癌的靈敏度高達97% ~ 99% 。NCCN推薦術前均應進行粗針穿刺活檢以明確病理診斷。
