沒有P”“D”之說，只有“PD”，具體代表意思如下：

PD：疾病進展（ progressive disease），靶病灶最大徑之和至少增加≥20%，或出現新病灶。

SD：疾病穩定( stable disease)， 靶病灶最大徑之和縮小未達PR，或增大未達PD。

PR：部分緩解( partial response)，靶病灶最大徑之和減少≥30%，至少維持4周。

CR：完全緩解( complete response)，所有靶病灶消失，無新病灶出現，且腫瘤標誌物正常，至少維持4周。

MR： MagneticResonanceImaging，核磁共振。

NE： Not Evaluated ，未評價的,未估計的。
