NPT為美標一般密封管螺紋，牙型60°。

1"並不是一英寸，而是螺紋尺寸代號。既然是管螺紋，自然是所連線的管是一寸的，大經為33.228m接頭地方肯定要大於一寸，m。小徑29.694mm。錐度一般1:16。數字好像是大頭的。小頭要看長度了，一般基準距離10.160mm。
