電鍍是需要處理好表面然後經過打磨拋光再清洗，然後第一次鍍銅再電鍍鉻或者鎳。電鍍和噴漆完全不同，已經電鍍過的輪轂需要完全退鍍再去重新電鍍，如果是一個成本會非常高，比重新買一個高不少。

輪轂受損一般是兩種情況:

1。變形

多是輪轂邊緣受外力衝擊後發生的變形，這種情況可在專門的輪轂修復店，透過加熱後，用工具還原，修復完好率99%以上，且能保證正常安全使用。

2。裂縫

這種情況如果裂縫長度較小，僅1、2釐米，也可透過焊接還原，基本不影響使用，但是要注意修復後輪胎的胎壓，如有漏氣，可能是焊縫又開了，那就下決心換掉吧。

如果只是普通的、尺寸也不大的輪轂，幾百元一個，建議直接換了，安全第一。

Warm Tips:  Common sense of VC wheel

1.     避免用【酸】【鹼】性液體清洗，如遇到機頭水，柏油清潔劑、潔廁劑、尤其融雪劑等強酸鹼藥劑請馬上用水清洗。用毛刷或硬織物反覆用力擦拭會加速電鍍層腐蝕。輪胎蠟建議不使用以免腐蝕輪轂。

Do not clean with acidic or alkaline liquid.

If touched by engine cleaner, asphalt cleaner, toilet cleaner, especially by snowmelt agent, please wash it immediately with water.

Do not strongly, repeatly wiping by brush or hard fabric ,it will accelerate the corrosion of layer.

Tyre wax couldn’t be used .

2.     避免在沙土路，石子路高速行駛。砂石很容易打傷電鍍輪轂，使輪轂產生黑點或變花。表面塗層受到破壞可用少許透明指甲油點在破點處，以免擴散。

Do not drive at a high speed on sand or gravel road.

The surface is easily hurt, and causing black spots or scratches, clear nail polish could be dropped at the point to avoid spreading.

3.      安裝和使用時儘量避免輪轂的刮蹭，破壞了保護層，時間長了會從破壞點慢慢腐蝕。

Avoid scraping during installation and use.

If surface is damaged, it will slowly corrode from point to whole protective layer.

4.     真空電鍍輪轂不可以拋光，但是可以重新電鍍。

VC wheel could not be polished, but could be re-plated.

5.     正常質保期為18個月。如不正常使用保護層腐蝕都會使電鍍輪轂出現黑色斑點甚至脫皮。正常使用下有脫漏掉皮現象均屬質量問題。

Normal guarantee is 18 months.

Improper use will result the corrosion of protective layer, then appear black spot, even peeling.

If peeling under normal use, belongs to a quality problem.

6.     對品質存在爭議的輪轂可以返廠使用專業裝置檢驗並出具報告。最終以工廠質檢報告為準。

The wheel could be returned and inspected by professional equipment,if  there is dispute.  The final result is subject to the factory inspection report.
