    主料:包菜300克、黑木耳5克、洋蔥半個、紅椒半個

    輔料:玉米油2勺、白糖1勺、白醋2勺、生抽2勺、蔥2根、鹽3克

    1.準備食材,包菜洗淨切絲,黑木耳預先泡發,洗淨,切絲,洋蔥洗淨切絲,泡入清水中,紅椒洗淨切絲

    2.鍋裡燒開水,放入包菜焯水

    3.再加入黑木耳和紅椒焯水

    4.焯水大概1分鐘左右,撈出,瀝乾水,放入大一點的容器中

    5.加入洋蔥

    6.加入生抽

    7.加入白醋,白糖,鹽,蔥花

    8.鍋裡燒熱油,燒至冒煙,倒入碗中,拌勻
