區別是indigenous 土生土長的native 本國的;當地人所以作為形容詞是相同的，但是native還可以作為名詞使用例如indigenous native本地人詞彙分析indigenous短語indigenous flora 土著區系 ; indigenous inhabitant 新界原居民 ; indigenous population 土著 ; 土著居民 ;

Indigenous：originating or occurring naturally in a particular place; native。 強調的是時間線，祖上就生活在某個地方已經XX年的概念。 Ethnic： of or relating to a population subgroup (within a larger or dominant national or cultural group) with a common national or cultural tradition. 強調的是特定群體，比如某種特定亞文化的人群，也就是民族。 在中國，當然是用 Ethnic，而不需要用到Minzu這種流傳度太低的詞。
