The picture reminds me of the 2016 US general election , during which one political party was endeavoring to fight against the other political party.

And it"s supposed that the man on the left of the ball was representing the democrats while the man on the right was representing the republicans. The ball in the middle was of course the United States of America.

The effort made by the two men should have been pulled together so that the ball would be moved forward. It is however, in the opposite direction that the two advances the ball. The final result will surely be effortless.

As what Hillary Clinton said in her election " together we stay stronger ", whatever is to be done, should be done with the concerted effort. Otherwise, the output will end up in failure.

With the two American political parties competing together without any restrain or limit, the United States of America would become the divided states of America in future.

In the picture,two men standing in the opposite side of the ball are trying to pull it together .They pull it towards the opposite side.The two do work together,but they fail to make an agreement.They only work on their own way without knowing it is in vain.It indicates us that whenever we settle problems we should not regard ourselves as the center .We should not only work together,but also how to work together efficiently rather than make useless efforts.Wise cooperation makes mutual sucess.

Cooperation means working together for a common objective. To get the ball rolling, the two men must be standing on the same side and pushing it towards one direction.

Respect is the first step of cooperation in the workplace. Intrinsically humans are selfish and believe that their own perspective is "the" perspective. We have to understand that different experience comes different perspective, and that ALL perspective is valid and valuable.
