我來說一下我的經驗，僅供參考。從15年起，我就開始翻譯NBA各種比賽短片，集錦，球員採訪。我是個妹子，之前完全不懂籃球，可是為了翻譯好 就開始惡補籃球術語。求著身邊懂籃球的朋友帶著看比賽，科普各種知識。因為翻譯的難點在於如何翻譯出地道的表達。你可以用大白話去說，但是懂籃球的人一看就知道翻譯的人不懂籃球。這樣失去了翻譯的意義。經過各種惡補，現在的我好多了，越做也越熟練。

Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team"s court under organized rules.

The ball is usually played with the hands or arms, but players can legally strike or push (short contact) the ball with any part of the body.

Competitive teams master six basic skills: serve, pass, set, attack, block and dig.

The game was originated in 1895, Holyoke, Massachusetts, United States. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since 1964.

排球是一項團隊運動，其中兩支（比賽）球隊的（每隊）六名球員由網隔開，每隊試圖按照規則把球打到對方球場地下而得分。排球通常打法是用手或手臂，但運動員可以合法擊球或託球（短時間接觸）身體任何部位。

競爭力強的團隊須掌握六個基本技能： 發球，傳球，抹球，扣球，攔網及墊球。

這項運動於1895年起源於美國，馬薩諸塞州，霍利奧克，自1964年以來一直是夏季奧運會的正式比賽專案。
