用料:黑芝麻(生熟均可,熟的更香)50克;黑米30克;糯米(或者燕麥米、小米)20克;花生仁20克;核桃仁3個(大約20克);清水600~700毫升;糖(白糖,冰糖,紅糖均可)適量(可不放)
自制黑芝麻糊的做法
1、將所有配料按方子稱重
2、倒進篩網裡用清水沖洗乾淨
3、然後放進破壁機或者豆漿機裡
4、加入適量清水
5、選擇米糊功能
