problem與question都作"問題"解,

但problem的問題,亦即"難題"需要著於解決;

question的問題則需要"回答";

problem通常與動詞pose,present(作"構成"解),solve,tackle,settle(作"解決"解)等連用;

question常與動詞answer,ask,raise等連用。
