1、“right”和“correct”的區別：
（1）兩者均可表示“正確的”、“沒有錯誤的”，常可換用。如：
Your opinion is correct [right]. 你的意見是正確的。
（2） 兩者均可表示“恰當的”，但 correct 側重指行為、禮貌、 衣著等方面的符合公認標準或得體等；而 rigth 則指同類中的最佳者，即最恰當的、最適宜的、最切合實際的。如：
It’s not correct behaviour. 那是不合禮儀的行為。
Such casual dress would not be correct for a formal occasion. 這樣的便服不宜在正式場合穿。
He is the right man for the job. 他是最適合做這工作的人。
Those shoes are just right in size. 那雙鞋子大小正合適。
（3）指道德行為方面的“正確”，或指人的身體或精神處於正常狀態，均用 right。如：
It is not right to tell lies. 說謊是不對的(不應該的)。
I don’t think it’s right to worry my friends with my own problems. 我認為不應該讓我的朋友們為我的問題擔憂。
He is not right in his head. 他頭腦不正常。
（4）right 的反義詞是 wrong，correct 的反義詞是 incorrect。所以下面一句的 right 不宜改為 correct：He is too young to tell right from wrong. 他太小，還不能分辨是非。

incorrect 比較有限制性，通常用在“回答、答案、方法、方式”這些比較特定的語境中。
行為上的極少會用這個詞。
