一、雞翅中洗淨,加入適量鹽,料酒,生抽,醃製一個小時以上。
二、味好美脆皮香酥炸雞配料粉準備好。
三、把醃製好的雞翅中放入粉中。
四、用脆炸粉包裹住雞翅中。
五、將其餘雞翅全部沾好粉;
六、鍋內放寬油。
七、油溫六成熱放入雞翅中,改小火炸。
八、一面金黃翻面繼續炸。炸熟撈出。
