別再我的墳前哭了，髒了我的輪迴路，出自流傳甚廣的一首無名氏所作的無名詩。

詩的原作者據說是一位印第安女子蕾伊拉，烏帕希和蕾伊拉是一對印地安戀人，因為被白人*而離散，後來終於結合為夫妻，但是蕾伊拉卻在生下女兒後身亡，烏帕希因此非常傷心，在整理亡妻遺物時發現妻子寫的一首詩，詩名為“A Thousand Winds”（化為千風），烏帕希讀後打消了自殺的想法。
