reach是及物動詞，後面直接加地點，不加介詞
arrive是不及物動詞，後面可以接介詞in或者at。
arrive at+小地方， arrive in+大地方
例如：
She reached the train station on time.
We arrived at the Shanghai Railway Stationat 11:00 pm last night.
When did you arrive in Beijing?
注：
reach 後面接to的時候並不是表示“到達某個地點”而是表示“觸[伸]及，及於;延伸到”
當都表達“到達”的意思時：
