Recently, the Chinese government has decided to encourage college graduates to start their own businesses. I believe this news is very essential to those future entrepreneurs.
In recent years, the biggest problem for many newly-grads is that starting their own business is still a toughwork to do. License application and borrowing a loan from banks as a start-up fund takes forever, which makes it hard for those who want to win their first bucket of gold. Now, with the announcement of the news, lots of school leavers are reassured to start their adventures. They only need to pay 5000 yuan to register the title and trademark of their company, and their license would be granted in 2 weeks. It can be expected that millions of jobs would be created because of this policy.
託福口語獨立任務題排在綜合任務前面，只需讀題即可作答，從難度上看應該是相對容易一些的。
但從ETS每年公佈的考情資料分析來看，中國考生口語分數常年保持在19分的水平，而國際平均分為21分;在亞洲考生中，中國考生口語也是倒數第一二名，這其中，獨立任務題分數偏低又是拉低分數的原因。
中國考生獨立任務的主要問題是：
