1、結構不同

be full of 是主動結構，be filled with 被動結構。

2、側重點不同

be full of更強調狀態，尤其強調“滿滿的”狀態；be filled with更強調動態的過程。

例如：

This room is full of people.

這個房間人很多，很擠。

This balloon is filled with air.

這個氣球是用空氣吹的。

3、具體含義不同

full是形容詞，意思是“滿的”,與of組成be full of短語。fill是動詞，意思是“裝滿”，與with組成be filled with，表示“用……把……裝滿”。

例如：

I saw a house which was full of people.

我看到一個滿是人的屋子。

Fill the bottle with water.

用水把瓶子裝滿。

4、適用語境不同

當表示某種事物的程度為“非常”的時候，只能用be full of。

例如：

The young man is full of pride.

那個年輕人非常驕傲。
