Last Sunday we went to the People"s Park for a spring outing.

It was a very beautiful day. The flowers were in bloom, the trees were green with fresh new leaves and everything seemed to come alive again after a long, cold winter. We could smell the sweet fragrance of the flowers, the birds were singing and we could see the ducks swimming in the river.

There were many people in the park that day. Some were taking pictures while the children were playing games. There was an old man fishing in the river.

We threw stones into the water and played badminton near the river. Everyone had a wonderful time.
