set out on doing 著手做，
意思是一樣的，用法區別：take up是口語用法，相對比較隨意，set out on是書面語用法，相對比較正規；
舉例一：

切記，最優秀的導師通常都非常忙碌，所以，如果有人佔用他們太多的時間，肯定會引起他們的反感。
