思路清晰
首先,一個Presentation的核心就是思路,所以思路清晰是做Presentation的最基本的要求。一個簡單明瞭的outline可以幫助你以及你的聽眾捋清思路,給聽眾一個清晰的脈絡,給人條理性強的印象。
2. 邏輯分明
上學時,從數學,到寫論文以至於到打辯論賽,邏輯無時無刻不存在我們的學習,生活以及工作中。寫論文時如果你的論據不構成因果關係等又或是不足以論證你的論點,那麼你假設的論點就無法被論證。同理,當我們在做一個presentation時,它就是一個關於你的論點的recommendation,那麼你的presentation就要做到邏輯分明,並且你的論據要能夠充分的論證你的論點,合理的資料支援當然必不可少。
3. 內容緊湊,時間把控
內容緊湊,重點突出。將重點內容穿插安排,引起聽眾共鳴,把控現場氛圍起伏的節奏。最後注意時間的安排,不要讓收場變的虎頭蛇尾。
4. 語言精簡,注意細節
關於細節,把Title 對齊,長度最好不超過一行的60%,字型以及大小統一,這些細節都會成為你是否能夠做好一個Presentation的必要條件。並且我一直認為一個PPT的細節能代表你的Presentation的氣質,從而代表你的工作態度。比如,我一直非常鍾愛一個品牌的襯衫,原因是領口和袖口翻過來有底紋,所以我一直認為細節是可以打動消費者的,當然也能打動你的客戶和領導。最後想說,語言要精簡,slide上的文字越少,那麼你可以靈活發揮的空間也就越大,從而讓你更容易掌控現場。接下來給大家分享一些常用句型。
