give in和give up
兩者都可表示“交給”,但區別是：give in 主要表示將某物(如報告、試卷等)呈交給有權受理此物的人；而 give up 通常只是 一般性地表示將某物讓給、交給或獻給他人或用作他用。
give up doing sth/sth，放棄某事/做某事，表示主觀放棄，自己放棄。
give in則表示因客觀條件或環境，因某人某物不得不放棄，做出讓步，它是客觀的。
