    It"s not until you fall that you fly 這句話劃分開來就是:

    It"s not (that you fly), until you fall, that you fly.

    前後交換位置可以這麼說:You are not flying until you fall.

    直譯:只有摔過了,才真正學會了飛翔。

    意譯:想要飛就不能怕摔。

    不明白的話,可以看這句:

    It"s only after we"ve lost everything that we"re free to do anything

    譯:直到我們失去所有,我們才能自由地做任何事情

    這句話也可以這樣說:

    You are not free to do anything until you lose everything.

    也就是說,在 lose everything 之前,你一直是 not free to do anything 的狀態。

    而在 lost everything 之後,你便是 free to do anything 了。

    那麼,交換一下前後位置便成:

    It"s not until you lose everything that you are free to do anything

    這句話其實分成三部分:

    It"s not,until you lose everything, that you are free to do anything

    而最前面的 It"s not 表示 It"s not that you are free to do anything,即 you are not free to do anything
