報價單出於禮貌和專業一定要做成excel形式的文件

1.有公司的名稱，地址，電話，傳真，網站，郵箱，商標，的抬頭（就像word文件的頁首一樣）

2.pricelist這幾個字

3.今天的日期（請記住這個很重要，一般我們的報價也會有個有效期）

4.禮貌起見還會有：to或者是attn+客人的名字或者是公司名稱

5一張excel電子表格，內容更至少包括：產品型號，產品的單價，產品的簡單描述，一般還有產品的圖片，產品的淨重，包裝之後的毛重，還有產品採用的包裝，包裝之後的體積。

6.貿易條款tradeterms：eg(a.allthepriceise.x.w;b.whenthetotalamountismorethanxxxusdperorder,itwillbeexcutedbyfob(guangzhou)terms;c.cif&cfrterms(localchargeswillbeexcutedaspertheabovea.bpoints,insuranceandfreightswillbetakenonbybuyer).

價格表包括以上這些就差不多了，當然還要一些小細節：注意排版，型號不多的情況下最好是能在一張a4紙張上列印，當然字型和間隔之類的也力求美觀！！
