Sometimes we must undergo hardships, breakups and wounds, in order to discover two truths: that we are not who we thought we were; and that the loss of a cherished pleasure is not necessarily the loss of true happiness and well-being.
我覺得苦難像疾病,還是沒有的好。儘量預防,但真的來了,只能對應。如果完全戰勝它,會變得更強大;如果不能戰勝它,可能長時間被它纏身。
苦難讓人珍惜幸福,就像生病的人珍惜健康。
預防苦難和預防疾病的相似之處是,一部分是我們可以控制的,一部分是不能控制的外部因素。有些苦難是自己選擇失誤造成的,是能控制的部分,包括注意人身安全,注意遠離風險大的事(比如犯罪),注意金融財產安全...... 避免讓自己陷入苦難的境地。
但人再注意也會生病,所以外因造成苦難時,只能對應。積極努力,尋求幫助,同時要有耐心。病來如山倒 病去如抽絲,苦難也很難一天就走出來。抗爭的過程能讓人變得更強大,而且走出來以後可能對類似的事情有“疫苗”,以後不會怕再出現。
可是也有很多人會被苦難打垮(也許是苦難太沉重),不能從中走出來,之後會像疾病纏身的人一樣長期處於很苦的狀態。
