    Dear Lucy,

    When you are not feeling well, the following suggestions may be suitable for you:

    1. Go outside! Do something active. For example, take a walk, go swimming, or just lie on the grass

    and watch clouds pass.

    2. Do something you"re good at! If you love singing, then go to turn on some music and sing loudly!

    3. Start a diary. Write down your thoughts, dreams, problems or anything you want!

    In all, if you want to feel well about yourself, you must believe in yourself!
