這時最好不要贅述你的種種個人經歷，比如把自己從中學到找工作事情流水賬一樣的說個遍。至於你的家庭怎麼樣有沒有女朋友這種事面試官是不會操心的。其實你大概只有一兩分鐘的時間介紹自己，所以一定要做到條理清楚，邏輯嚴謹，不拖泥帶水，那麼就一定要撿重點的說。那麼什麼才是面試官最關心的呢？我們大概分出幾點：
1.你現在的狀態
這個部分很好回答，你可以簡單的介紹就比如你的名字、學歷、就讀大學、專業等等，這些資訊簡歷中都有，還可以介紹你最近研究的方向或者以後希望的職業發展方向。這裡簡明扼要，一兩句話帶過就好。
2.你的專業成就
這個就是面試官比較在意的部分了，你可以講到你在校園中圓滿完成的專案和成績，或者在以往的工作中解決的難題。挑選那些簡單的，幾句話就能說明白又能顯得自己很厲害的例子來講。要注意的是，舉的例子一定要和麵試職位相關，面試官其實不太想知道你當年在社團或者學生會里是怎麼混的。並且在講述例子的時候，要注意說明：做了什麼，學到什麼，能體現你什麼品質。不要寥寥一句“我在這個地方做過這個”就結束了。
3.為何能勝任這個職位
這裡你可以做一個簡單的總結，結合一下以上的經歷，說明自己是可以勝任所應聘的職業就好。
4.你的獨一無二體現在哪裡
這也是比較重要的部分，作為面試官來說，他面對每一個應聘者都是抱著這個人將來會成為自己同事的想法去面試的。所以他當然希望將來被錄用的人是一個自己願意與之相處的人。你可以談論你的愛好，你的特別的一次旅行經歷，任何可以讓面試官瞭解你的事情。塑造你的個人形象，展現你與眾不同的一面 ，讓面試官喜歡你，記住你。
