Smile, Smile, Smile

I was on a train, deep in my own concerns, and as I glanced up a young woman flashed me the most radiant smile.

I naturally responded with a big grin and my whole day changed from grey to dazzling.

I was so moved by the effect of her smile that I bestowed brilliant smiles on everyone I met, and what a difference a smile makes!

Even if you feel a bit low just try smiling at someone. Make it a real smile (eyes as well) and notice the response you get.

Smile and the world smiles with you.

有一次我坐在火車裡，正在為一些事情深感憂慮時，忽然看到有個姑娘對我甜蜜地笑了笑。

我很自然地張大口，對她迴應了一笑。我的那一天立刻從灰暗變為無比晴朗了！

我太感激姑娘那一微笑所產生的效果了。從那以後，我對每個遇到的人都給以燦爛的笑容。微笑產生的效果真是太神奇了！

儘管你有點情緒低落，你也要儘量對別人微笑。要笑得真誠並留意對方的反應。
