roast和grill的區別：
一.roast烘烤：是烘,一般是在烤箱裡,不需要加液體和脂肪(油),如放在烤箱裡或熱煤附近透過乾熱烘烤；或是把肉類在烤箱中懸空吊著烤、或置放烤盤烤，像北京烤鴨（Beijing roast duck）就是用的這個單詞；是專門指“烤”的單詞，屬於動詞或形容詞詞性，用做名詞專指烤肉、燒烤飯。
1.Make sure the roast potatoes aren"t raw in the middle.
要確保這些烤土豆不夾生。
2.I personally would rather roast a chicken whole.
我個人更願意烤整隻雞。
