    How to Live a Healthy Life

    The practice of healthy lif is so important for our growth that we should develop our healthy custom of life.

    First of all, I think the practice of healthy life must be a kind of natural life. We had better not go to bed late and might as well get out of bed early.

    For this point, we mustn"t stay up too late, which can destroy our body and result in having no energy to do anything .

    Second, we must eat healthy food, so we must not take junk food as our dinner. Therefore, our health will be better and better.

    Last but the most important of all, taking exercise is also beneficial to our health.

    If we do as the above, every one of us will have a strong body and healthy mind, which will lead us to our dream.
