一、含義不同

①on the top of 指的是在...的頂部（外部）,是在事物的外部

反義詞是at the foot of…在…腳下;

E.g.

I put your bag on top of mine.

我把你的包放在我的包上面了。 There is a tower on the top of that high mountain.

那座高山頂上有座塔。

②at the top of 指的是在...的頂端（內部）,是事物的一部分,

反義詞是at the bottom of在…底部
