    It is important for us to keep happy. But not everyone knows how to keep happy. The following tips may help you.

    First, we should learn to smile at life. Everyone can meet unhappy things. The problem is how we should deal with them. It is no good scolding ourselves.

    Second, we should learn to ask for help from your relatives or your friends when you are in trouble. Just tell them what you thought. Perhaps they can help you solve the problems.

    Third, we should learn to relax ourselves .For example, when you are unhappy, you can listen to some light music or go out for a walk. Besides, you can do more exercise to build you up.

    All in all, happiness plays an important part in our health. So we should try our best to keep happy .
