1、準備材料,大米先煮熟,,龍葵菜洗淨,菜脯泡水洗淨,幹香菇泡水軟化。
2、煮一鍋滾水,放入龍葵菜。
3、川燙後撈起瀝乾備用。
4、蝦米泡水軟化。
5、香菇切絲,菜脯切小塊。
6、熱鍋後,放入香菇拌炒。
7、炒香後,盛起備用。
8、放入菜脯拌炒。
9、加入胡椒粉,拌炒勻。
10、炒香後,盛起備用。
11、放入豬肉絲,拌炒。
12、蓋上鍋蓋,防止噴油。
13、豬肉絲炒至變色後,加入蝦米拌炒。
14、放入炒好的香菇,菜脯和醬油,拌炒勻。
15、把炒好的食材放進另一鍋裡。
16、放入龍葵菜,加水蓋過食材,用中小火煮。
17、放入米飯和貢丸,一起煮。
18、加入蔥頭酥、鹽、胡椒粉,攪拌勻。
19、等湯滾後,即可。
