3、Your battery can no longer provide sufficient power to your system and needs to be replaced.
4、Your battery has experienced a permanent failure and needs to be replaced.
這個問題官方的使用手冊上的解釋是電池過熱導致的電池不能充電。使用手冊上的解決方法是取下電池冷卻後再裝上，但是這個基本沒用，我試過。
請您開機按F2進入Bios介面，介面內System info中會看到Battery health。請確認電腦提示是否有下面四種報錯。如果有類似報錯，電池就存在問題了 。

如果有上述提示，就可以確定自己的電池是不是壞掉了，或者壽命到了。
