    Nowadays,there are more and more human become unhealthily and the obesity problem is among lots of cities,as a result,it is very important to keep everyone healthty.The following part i would like to talk how to keep you healthy.

    To keep you healthy,there are two main points you should follow.

    Firstly and the most important thing is you should have a balance diet,as you know,our health is directly affect with our diets,so have a balance diet with less oil,salt,sugar and more vegetables is needed.

    Moreover,doing more exercises is the next importance factor,you can choose the sport which you like most,and then play it every day for one hour a least.It is a very useful method to keep healthy.

    All in all ,having a balance diet and doing more exercises are both useful method to keep you healthy.
