    We sometimes feel bad.Anyone happens to it more or later.But how to deal with bad feeling?What can we do to make us feel better?

    In my opinion ,we must have a brave heart to overcome difficulties.Firstly,we may have a sleep. Enough sleep is good for our feelings.Secondly we can pour out our heat to friends .Talk can eliminate worries. Thirdly, we can do some physical exercise.Exercise is important to your emotional well-being and improves the body"s ability to handle anxiety and stress.

    With confidence and sunshine, darkness will not come again.
