這三個時間介詞之間是有明顯不同的。

at

表示在某個時間點或時間段，比如：

at 8:00 am, at 3:00 pmat noon, at dusk, at dawn, at night節日名字不帶day的節日，at Christmas，at Spring Festival

on

表示特定的時間或日期，比如：

on Christmas eveon the morning of May 1st, 2010on a rainy/windy/sunny dayon Children’s Day, on National Day

in

表示在相當長的一段時間內，比如：

in the morning/afternoon/evening,in the first decade of 21th century,in Ming Dynasty,in January,in the 21st century

從上可以看出，三個時間介詞管轄的領域基本不交叉。

只有一處，表示上午、下午和晚上。

表泛指：in the morning表特指：on the morning of yestderday

in, on, at表示時間時的辨析

in通常用於年月，季節，白天晚上等詞前

in 2018 在2018年

in April,2018 在2018年4月

in the morning 在早上

in the afternoon 在下午

in the evening 在晚上

in autumn 在秋天

in winter 在冬天

on通常用於星期，節日或具體的某一天

on Sunday 在週日

on Sunday morning 在週日早上

on April 1st,2018 在2018年4月1日

on the morning of April 1st 在4月1日的早上

on Mothers’ Day 在母親節

on a rainy evening 在下雨的那天晚上（前有修飾詞，屬於具體的某一天）

on a cold morning 在寒冷的一天早上

at通常用於鐘點,夜晚中午或某些固定短語中

at seven o’clock 在七點鐘

at noon 在中午

at night 在晚上

at the beginning of 在....開始

at the end of 在....結尾；在....末端
