    一、商業信件結尾:

    Best regards ,Warm regards,With anticipation,Yours respectfully,Yours sincerely,Your truly,Best wishes,Confidently yours,Kind regards。

    二、經典的信件結尾:See you soon,Talk to you later,Have a good day。

    三、非正式的信件結尾:Cheerful greetings to all,Hugs,Wishing you the best,Write soon,Your friends,Be good/well。

    英語信件的寫法:

    如果你不知道收件人的姓名,信函可以用下面任意一種方式開頭:

    Dear Sir / Dear Madam (尊敬的先生,/尊敬的女士)

    如果你不知道是寫給先生還是女士,可以寫:

    Dear Sir or Madam (尊敬的先生或女士)

    如果在推薦信或與其相似的交流中,收件人是不瞭解的第三方,可以用 To whom it may concern (致相關人士)來開頭,

    如果是同事或同學,直接稱呼名字就好了,比如Hi Steven,不需要用Mr., 甚至寫給Quattroporte的郵件,也是直接說Hi Bill,不需要Hi President Johnson。

    一般情況下,對於熟人的名字前面不需要加Dear,只有公司HR群發郵件才說Dear all, 如果是發給個人的,多數情況下用Hi Steven或者直接寫Steven來表達。

    郵件問好:

    週一、週二可用:

    I hope that your week is off to a great start.

    Hope you had a great weekend.

    萬能句子:

    Hope you’re well/Hope you are doing well.

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I hope you are well.

    我希望你一切都好。

    I hope you enjoyed your holiday and are finding it easy to settle back into work.

    我希望你已經好好享受假期並且很快重新投入工作。

    回覆時的開頭表達:

    Thank you very much for your email. I am glad to hear that you and your family are well.

    Thank you for your prompt reply.

    I apologize for not replying sooner, but I have been very busy these last few weeks.

    很抱歉沒能及早回信,但是過去幾周實在太忙。
