Dear Dr xxx I am Susan. Thanks for your help during my father hospitalized for his appendicitis operation on Sept 2nd. As you know,my father was ill last month and had to go to xxxx Hospital for treatment. after you and all the nurses" careful treatment ,he recovered so quickly in a week.
