一、機動車使用年限標準：
Standard life of vehicle usage:
（一）9座（含9座）以下非營運載客汽車（包括轎車、越野車）使用15年。達到報廢年限後需繼續使用的，必須經機動車安全技術檢驗機構檢驗合格。
For non-commercial passenger vehicles with 9 (or less) seats, including sedans, sport utility vehicles, the standard usage life is 15 years。
It must pass the motor vehicle safety inspection to be used after reaching retirement life。
（二）9座以上非營運載客汽車使用10年。達到報廢年限後需繼續使用的，必須經機動車安全技術檢驗機構檢驗合格。
延長使用年限最長不超過10年。
For non-commercial passenger vehicles with more than 9 seats, the standard usage life is 10 years。 It must pass the motor vehicle safety inspection to be used after reaching retirement life。
The extended usage life can’t be longer than 10 years。
（三）19座（含19座）以下出租車，營運車轉為非營運車或非營運車轉為營運車，使用8年。不得辦理延緩使用。
