因為走了之後交易已經完成，他們已經跟醫院的聯絡已經斷了，他們也不瞭解醫院的其他人，諾亞是內勤人員，不會出來，那種情況下再進行營救可能會出現更多不可預測的傷亡。醫院那邊其實真正的壞人不多，大部分是各掃門前雪，而造成這種現象的根本原因就是道恩的管理方式，就好像打一場RTS一樣，在上帝視角支配各種資源與行動，只是想讓這個醫院生存下去，製作各種規矩，全然不顧裡面作為人的意願與情感，而能支撐這的，就是她的權威，而她的權威早已受到威脅，她為了維持權威，不惜殺掉團隊成員，雖然那個成員看起來也不像好人，不過從他們的那場對話來看，以前這兩個人都不壞，變成現在這番模樣，跟領導的管理方式有直接關係，特別是這種末世，生存很重要，可核心，還是團隊理念，她沒有正確的引導團隊方向，瑞克也迷失過，不過他作為領袖，尊重個人意志，才會在迷失中一步一步走上正確的道路。一個是生存決定怎樣的團隊，一個是團隊決定如何生存。在這裡提兩個片段大家就更瞭解了：瑞克：

還有一段是明明知道諾亞不是凶手，還是懲罰了諾亞，我就不貼了。

理念錯誤，就算生存下去，也是地獄

也就是為什麼她在最後說要要回諾亞，條例裡沒說，當場提出來，還能讓瑞克這邊放人，最能提升她在團隊裡的威信。而這樣一個領導人，諾亞回去後的生活可想而知。看Beth當時的動作（媽蛋這一段又看了幾遍，每次都心碎啊臥槽T T）

手術剪，插的還是衣領，所以她是故意讓道恩打她，從而瑞克這邊會殺了道恩，事情會不會惡化呢？Beth知道道恩在團隊裡已經沒有人心了，道恩死了反而幫了醫院那幫人一把，所以應該不會火拼，就算火拼了，瑞克這邊久經沙場，醫院那幾個警察肯定會掛掉，那些病人也可以有了新的生活。那麼她為什麼不自己動手呢？這句話

而Beth之前已經替道恩殺了一個人，出於對自己的自責，對道恩的憎恨，對醫院人員生活在道恩統治下的不忍，Beth選擇這種方式結束自己的生命。不過這只是在這個事情已經發生了之後的一種解釋，沒錯，上面寫的都是“有可能”“應該”，也就是說，營救諾亞還有另外的可能，我也認為Beth的做法風險太大，完全有另外的方法。Beth在經歷了這麼多，從一個想要自殺的小女孩成長到如今可以獨當一面，這樣一種行為這樣一種死法我無法認同，我也無法認同Beth是“無法漠視他人的痛苦，所以你選擇了死亡。”這只是在事情發生之後最能安慰人的解釋，但我無法認同這件事情的發生。無法認同經歷了父親死亡，經歷了監獄風雲，經歷了與弩哥的內心昇華後的Beth會因為這件事而失去了信念。

12/6更新從編劇的角度，說一下自己對安排貝絲死的理解：美劇對角色的刻畫很深刻，不過這樣的弊端就是拖沓（詳見迷失這部神劇），現在黑人兄妹戲份越來越多，亞伯拉罕團伙的加入，馬上又會遇到新的人員，摩根肯定也是個重要角色，到時候又有一批人進來，以前大部分都是無關緊要的路人甲剛進來就領盒飯，讓貝斯領盒飯一方面可以展示出這個末世的殘酷（你看貝斯都蛻變了，都以為她後面也要挑大樑了吧？我偏不！）也可以騰出更多的空間來描述瑞克等老隊員的變化與新鮮血液，而且讓貝絲領盒飯我認為卡蘿爾也是一個很重要的點，她倆都是一開始很懦弱，慢慢變得堅強，而卡羅爾比貝絲升級速度明顯快了不止一點啊。
