    3、如何增加客戶留好評的可能?

    (1)傳送追蹤郵件:在包裹投遞幾天後,在發索評郵件前,你可以傳送追蹤郵件進行試探,儘量在造成其他損害前能安撫客戶的不滿情緒,降低客戶留差評的機率;但注意,不要濫發!一封最好。

    2)及時回覆客戶郵件:收到客戶的郵件後及時回覆,解決問題,如果產品價值不大的話直接過短重發;

    3)傳送索評郵件;

    4)提供更好的服務,完善產品資訊細節,例如避免出現產品包裝不嚴密、產品盒上出現錯別字等等,對品牌形象有所損害的錯誤;
