第三，自我奮發，結合以上兩點，你就會發現困境終究只是擺在你人生道路上的一塊踏腳石而已，跨過它，加油。

生活就是柴米油鹽，不是電視劇，沒有什麼絕地反擊，沒那麼戲劇化。

生活陷入了困境，那就想辦法解決，我們都是普通人，沒有那些傳奇色彩的絕地反擊

首先，要克服恐懼，人一旦處於困境或者絕境，最大的敵人一定是自己，因為除了依靠自己外，沒有其他選擇，所以克服自己的恐懼就是唯一逆轉的機會。

其次，要抱著必勝的信念堅持下去，因為你別無選擇，當你成功克服了恐懼後，你就能夠給對手帶來恐懼了，那麼這個時候是最關鍵的，因為你不能懈怠，不能覺得可以了。因為，對手也在變化，你一定要在對手沒來得及轉變過的時候反擊，瞬間打敗他！

最後，當你最終取勝了，不要窮追不捨或者瘋狂報復，應該留有善心，給人活路，畢竟你的勝利本不是你真正實力所致。人，時刻需要懷著一顆慈悲的心。
