不會表達，說明你還沒學透。記住簡單句不夠，還需要知道怎麼擴充套件。且看我一一講來：

簡單句就五種，結構如下：

你的問題，可能出在不會用修飾成分擴充套件句子上，不知道怎麼用修飾成分比如定語、狀語、介詞短語，非謂語和從句在簡單句基礎上進行擴充套件。

主語+謂語

He laughed. 他笑了。The guests arrived. 客人到了。

很多人以為掌握了以上就算掌握了主謂結構，這種想法太天真。

主謂結構可以以很多方式擴充套件

以副詞擴充套件

He laughed terribly. 他笑得很劇烈。He runs faster than her. 他跑得比她快。

以不定式擴充套件

He stops to play his mobile phone. 他停下來去玩手機。Remember to tell your parents the news. 記得告訴你父母這個訊息。

以介詞短語擴充套件

A herd of sheep gathered beside the stream. 一群羊聚集在小溪邊。She fell in love with him during a business errand. 在一次上午出差中，她愛上了他。

以非限定定語從句擴充套件

The computer, which was brought 5 years ago, breaks down . 這臺電腦，5年前買的，出故障了。The house, which was built 30 years ago, still stand firms. 這棟房子，建於30年前，仍然牢固得矗立著。

以分詞短語擴充套件

注意分詞短語的邏輯主語和主句要保持一致。

Hearing the news, She started to cry. 聽到這個訊息，她哭了。Intending to eliminate poverty, all the people in this country worked very hard. 為了消除貧困，這個國家的人工作都很努力。

以狀語從句擴充套件

Although it was raining heavily, he still arrived on time. 雖然雨下得很大，他仍然按時到了。Metals shrink when they cool down. 金屬會遇冷收縮。

以定語從句擴充套件

A series of changes which had never been seen before appears in rural area.鄉間出現了前所未見的一系列新變化。The man whose car had broken down came here by foot. 那個車壞在路上的人走路來這裡的。

主語+謂語+賓語

I love you.The scholar is giving a speech. 這位學者在做演講。

這種句式有多種形式的擴充套件：

以不定式做賓語

I hate to play with you. 我不喜歡和你玩。I want to have lunch. 我想吃午飯了。

以動名詞作賓語

He quitted smoking. 他戒菸了。I like learning English. 我喜歡學英語。

以從句作主語或賓語

What you said surprised me. 你說的話讓我驚詫。You do not understand what I mean. 你不懂我的意思。I wish I were a billionaire. 我希望自己是個億萬富翁。

以副詞擴充套件

I love you very much. 我很喜歡你。I learned English carefully. 我小心地學英語。

介詞短語擴充套件

I want to beat you terribly with a club. 我想用棍子狠狠得揍你。I want to hold your hands and walk in a park. 我想執子之手，與子共遊園。

以分詞短語擴充套件

Standing on the platform, the teacher can see every of your little tricks. 站在講臺上，老師能發現你的任何小伎倆。The man reading a book starts to walk to you. 看書的那個人吵你走過來了。

以定語從句擴充套件

The girl who likes singing is singing a song to the audiences. 愛唱歌的那個女孩正在為大夥唱歌。He is flying a kite whose wings are colorful. 他在放一個有彩色翅膀的風箏。

以非限定性定語從句擴充套件

His father, who loved him very much, taught him a lesson. 他的父親，很愛他，給他上了一課。

主語+謂語+直接賓語+間接賓語

一般都能用for或to換位

I will send you a present. 我送你一個禮物。I will send a present to you.I will buy you a present. 我會為你買一個禮物。I will buy a present for you.

可以擴展出其它結構：

主語+謂語+間接賓語+名詞性從句或疑問句

Tell me where to buy this book. 告訴我這本書是在哪裡買的。The teacher taught me that success comes from hardwork. 老師教我成功來源於勤奮。

以副詞擴充套件

He brought me a present reluctantly. 他不情願得為我買了個禮物。Show me the money immediately. 立即把錢交出來。

以介詞短語擴充套件

He brought me a present on my birthday. 在我生日那天，他為我買了禮物。Tell me the whereabouts of your brother. 告訴我你哥哥在哪裡。

以分詞短語擴充套件

Being your best friend, I must send you a present on your birthday. 作為你最好的朋友，我必須在你生日那天送你禮物。Intending to improve the relationship with her colleagues, Lucy brought them some cookies. 為了改善和同事們的關係，Lucy給他們買了餅乾。

以狀語從句擴充套件

Show me the money before I get angry. 在我憤怒之前，把錢拿出來。Because tomorrow is your birthday, I should send you a present. 因為明天是你的生日，我應當送你禮物。

以非限定性定語從句擴充套件

My father, whose temper is bad, is giving me troubles. 我父親，脾氣很差，在給我找麻煩。He sent me a present, which stunned me. 他送我禮物，把我驚呆了。

以定語從句擴充套件

I told your story to the man who wanted to see you. 我把你的故事告訴了想見你的那個人。I will teach you a skill that you have never seen . 我將會教你一個你沒見過的技能。

主語+謂語+賓語+補語

I will make you my bride. 我會讓你成為我的新娘。I want to make you happy. 我想讓你快樂。

用不定式，分詞，形容詞等做補語

I want you to wait. 我想讓你等會兒。The news makes me sad. 這個訊息讓我傷心。I hear the baby crying. 我聽到寶寶在哭。

以非限定性定語從句擴充套件

My father, whose temper is bad, is driving me crazy. 我的父親，脾氣壞，快把我逼瘋了。She heard a baby crying, which I did not hear. 他聽到一個寶寶在哭，但我沒聽到。

以定語從句擴充套件

The news that you just break up makes me sad. 你剛分手的訊息讓我同感悲傷。You bitter words make the ones who care about you disappointed. 你的刻薄的話讓關心你的人失望。

以狀語從句擴充套件

I will call you a friend if you can help me this time. 如果你這次能幫我，我還拿你當朋友。Although you betrayed my trust, I still give you a promise that you can come back as long as you admit you are wrong. 雖然你背棄了我的信任，我仍然允諾你，只要認錯，就能回來。

主語+系動詞+表語

I am a student. 我是一名學生。You look gorgeous. 你看起來漂亮極了。

可以衍生出主語+系動詞+表語+不定式/介詞短語/從句等:

You parents will be very glad to see you well married. 你嫁得好，你的父母會高興。I am so delighted that you have come. 你能來我很高興。

不定式、動名詞和從句充當主語和表語

This is what I want to say. 這是我想要說的。Here is what you need. 這是你需要的。To get promoted by lying is a shame on you. 靠說謊升職是你的恥辱。

以副詞擴充套件

You look wonderful tonight. 今晚你看起來好極了。I am not your friend anymore. 我不再是你的朋友了。

以分詞短語擴充套件

Being your best friend, I am in the position to reveal the truth to you. 作為你的好朋友，我是那個能把真相揭露給你的人。The boy speaking with her is her boyfriend. 和她說話的那個人是她的男朋友。

以定語從句擴充套件

The man who want to see you is him. 他就是那個想見你的人。Shanghai is the place where the company is established. 上海是這家公司建立的地方。

以非限定性定語從句擴充套件

Mr. Wang, whom I mentioned to you many times, is in the city now. 我和你說過多次的老王，現在在市裡。These trees, which I planted the year my son was born, is very tall now. 這棵樹，我兒子出生那年種的，現在長得很高了。

以狀語從句擴充套件

Wherever you go, my heart is with you. 無論你去哪裡，我心與你相伴。They hate me because I am successful. 他們因為我成功而恨我。

並沒有涵蓋所有的擴充套件方式，但是常用的就這些種。

其實，華人學英語有一個通病就是閉門造車，造成很多人都是應試英語，讀寫能力都很好，聽說能力卻不行！

我認為想提高口語能力或者說表達能力，什麼語法了，什麼主謂賓定狀補了，可以先放放，語言就是用來溝通的用來交流的，就要多說多聽多交流，它是個工具不是用來考試的，一定知道學英語是幹什麼用的，我們從小學漢語，說普通話，兩三歲就能表達的很好，我們也不知道什麼語法，甚至到現在有幾個人能說的清漢語語法呢，可是完全不影響我們表達我們的意思，所以說話溝通交流非常非常非常重要！說的多了自然就好了，當然我們華人普遍缺少英語環境，這是很多華人學英語十幾年還是學不好的重大原因！

分享一個我的親身經歷，前些年我在沙烏地阿拉伯工作，工作中接觸很多外華人，總包甲方QC全是外華人，所以跟他們溝通只能用英語，那時候我已經畢業好多年了，單詞都快忘完了，但是沒辦法為了工作，逼著自己回憶在高中大學學的那點知識，用了三個月時間終於可以至少在工作上溝通了，那時候就是天天聽天天說，哪個單詞不會查哪個，哪句話不會說學哪句，真的是進展神速啊，那時候我都佩服我自己，連四級都沒過，照樣能和他們溝通。

回來也有幾年時間了，現在這英語差不多又忘光了！所以一定要多說才學的快！

你指的不會表達是說不出嗎？

其實這是很多人的通病，看得懂，聽得懂，但是說不出。

為什麼呢？其實核心原因就是說的少！不需要詞彙量，不需要高深的語法，只要不斷的去使用，去說，用不了很久就會好轉的。

這其實也是在英語環境會很快掌握的原因。當你不得不去大量使用的時候，說的能力是水到渠成的，就像你最初學漢語一樣。
