這篇文章開篇直接表明辭職的意圖，第二部分陳述了辭職的理由。行文中真實而富有誠意，理由充分，足以說服老闆，最後為給對方造成的不便表示了誠摯的歉意，以示禮貌。再看行文的句子並不難，但是用到了短語，get used to等。

二、結構完整，緊扣主題

一般來說，考研英語的作文要求都是三段式，第一段簡要描述，第二段論證，第三段舉例子或者提建議。題目中都會寫明要求，大家應該認真審題，嚴格按照要求來寫作，不要遺漏，更不能隨易改變提綱。考研英語作文要求的字數並不是很多，所以遣詞造句一定要精煉，緊扣主題，如果跑題，可能會扣掉10到15分不等。一旦出錯，將是一個“致命”的問題。所以大家一定要注意審題，拿到題目後不用著急下筆，想好再寫。

三、段落清晰，過渡自然

很多同學會準備一些可以套用的段落或句子，這沒什麼問題，關鍵是怎麼避免千篇一律，體現一點自己的特色。段落之間或者句子之間的銜接此時就很重要了，用一些詞句將內容銜接起來，比如過渡句，關聯詞。而不是生硬地套用“萬能句”、“萬能段”，銜接得當的文章顯得更加高階和地道。

四、語言簡練，說理得當

答題卡的位置有限，最重要的是考試時間也有限。所以寫作的語言一定要簡練，切中要害。語言比實際內容更重要，這是英語考試中的一個標準。平時多練習，考場上才能不慌亂。

五、字跡工整，卷面整潔

六、適當檢查，謹慎下筆
