專案分析:
從專案和課程設定上來看是為酒店業從業者(高管更佳)設定,不建議應屆生申請,屬於MBA性質專案,更偏重於酒店相關的運營和管理。課程可以為學習者帶來業界最前沿的訊息人脈和最強大的校友網路;
特色為遠端學習,80%線上,20%實地,也不太符合中國學生希望全職學習的需求;
可以非常自由的安排學習,每年兩次入學時間,最長36個月內完成學習,非常適合時間有特殊需求的學生。
申請分析:
託福雅思維持頂尖學校的基本要求;
不需要GMAT或者GRE對很多學生是福音;
最少3年工作經驗基本與應屆生無緣,也不建議經驗太少的學生去學習,就算去了同學都是中年酒店高管可交流的也不多,學習效果不一定最佳;
根據往年經驗一年招收二三十名學生,中國學生個位數(5名以內)。

專案分析:
對於有瑞士情懷的酒店管理申請者,格里昂是比較理想的洛桑替代品,當然在洛桑變為遠端為主後,格里昂也走出了自己的特色之路;
純論在中國的校友網路和人脈,格里昂是比洛桑要強的,從人數和分佈來說都是;
專案設定比較綜合,既包括了大部分的酒店和商科課程也有奢侈品和酒店財務兩個小分支;
本專案對於之前沒有酒店相關工作經驗的學生非常友好,不但可選專案開始前一個月的酒店體驗課程,也有半年的實習專案;
可以選擇在瑞士兩個和倫敦一個校區之中學習,也可以混合,對於希望體驗不同文化的學生是一大優勢;
雖然有MBA/MS雙學位選項,但是兩者申請要求不太一樣,雙學位更針對工作人士,要求三年工作經驗,單純申請MS的可把他們視為兩個專案。
申請分析:
不需要GMAT和GRE;
託福要求相對較低,對於一般大學生來說不難達到;
申請雙學位的需要三年工作經驗,三篇申請文章和更高的語言要求,應屆生可以只申請MS即可。

理諾士的碩士設定就是傾向本科非本專業的學生,希望轉行進入本行業的;
專案為一年,半年課程半年實習,相對來說更不偏學術;
可以選擇在瑞士、西班牙和中國學習;
專案在國內校友也相對很多,可以為就業提供一定的幫助;
有專門的MBA專案,需要滿23歲和兩年工作經驗,對中國學生申請的意義不是很大。
申請分析:
碩士專案不需要工作經驗和GMAT/GRE,也不要求本科有相關專業學習經歷;

SEG五大學校都大同小異,只是專業側重點稍有不同。凱撒里茲有兩個碩士專案,分別側重健康休閒方向和酒店創業方向。健康休閒方向針對希望在本方向就業的學生們是個很對口的方向,酒店創業方向更像是其他學校綜合性的酒店管理碩士專案和課程。
學生畢業後將同時獲得英國德比大學的學位,兩校有相關的合作。
申請分析:
錄取相對要求較低,對工作經驗和GMAT等均無要求;
對於一般大學生唯一需要面對的是託福的分數,經過系統的學習80分不難達到。

看學校名字即可得知偏重於美食和烹飪方向,適合在本方向有明確深造需求又傾向於西餐方向的學生。
對於餐飲管理者也有一些課程很有指導意義。
申請分析:

SHMS學校很大所以專案設定也較為豐富,有三個碩士專案。第一個為一年的綜合碩士專案,第二個兩年有了幾個分支,如果有比較確定的方向可以選擇,第三個也是一年偏向更加學術和分析等方向。
申請分析:
三個專案的申請區別在於對語言的要求,兩年的最低,一年普通專案次之,一年分析專案要求最高。

Must hold a Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning in hospitality or related area of study at least 180 ECTS equivalent (transcripts /certificates must be written in English, if they are not you need to have them translated)
A confidential reference form which the Admissions Department will send to the candidate upon receipt of his/her application.
A reference letter of professional or academic nature.
If you have not studied in an English language environment for the last 3 years, please provide one of the following certificate and scores:
TOEFL: minimum score of 600 points for the paper based test, 250 points for the computer based test or 100 for the internet-based test. The TOEFL testing code number for LRG-UAS is 3864.
Cambridge First Certificate: grade A. Cambridge Advanced Certificate: grade B.
I.E.L.T.S: Academic Module minimum Overall Band Score of 6.0 and min. 5.0 for each part (listening, reading, writing, speaking)
All English certificates must have been issued in the last 12 months prior to admission.
A valid medical certificate.
The school may require a phone or personal interview before admission into the program.
Students should have at least 3 years work experience
For MAS in Hospitality Management the work experience should be in the hospitality industry.
For MAS in Hospitality Business Management work experience should be in an appropriate professional area (in the service industry).
專案分析:
格魯耶爾相對在國內沒有推廣很多,不是很出名,其實是格里昂和理諾士合辦的學校,是除洛桑外第二家中國教育部認可的瑞士酒店管理學院;
專案設定也是沒有明顯的特色也較為均衡,更偏重管理類似MBA專案。
申請分析:
要求三年工作經驗,專案更類似MBA;
對英語要求也略高於SEG集團的學校。
