talk with
(1) say的意思是“說”“講”“說出”，是及物動詞，強調“說”的內容 ，不僅可指口頭“說”，而且可指書面“說”。如① He said nothing to me. 他對我什麼也沒說。② He said in his letter that he was getting on well with his life. 他在信中說，他生活得很好。
固定搭配:say hello/good bye/sorry to sb. 向某人問候/告別/道歉 say “ yes ” to sb . = agree with sb. 同意某人 say “ no ” to sb. = disagree with sb. 不同意某人
(2) talk表示“交談”、“談話”，它指連貫地與人交談，著重指說話的動作，而不強調說話的內容。它一般用作不及物動詞。如: ①What are you talking about? 你們在談論什麼? ②We are talking about the Chinese football match. 我們在談論中國足球比賽。
固定搭配：talk with/to sb. 和某人談話 talk about sb./sth. 談論某人/某事 talk with sb. about sth. = talk about sth. with sb和某人談論某事

應該是talk with，say是及物動詞，直接接賓語，talk是非及物動詞，不能直接接賓語。
