while 是當迴圈結構，當while 後的條件為真時進行loop，False則終止迴圈，True是boolean型別的真值，while True即意思是要一直進行loop（死迴圈）。通常while true 迴圈中會加入break條件判斷用以在迴圈內部的某個條件達成時終止迴圈。
