反身代詞是 oneself根據所指詞的人稱、性別、單複數等的變化可以有 myself, himself, herself, yourself, itself, ourselves, yourselves, themselves 等形式。

1.oneself用作介詞

One can congratulate oneself on one's victories.

一個人也可以自己慶祝自己的勝利。

One should be strict with oneself.

一個人應對自己要求嚴格。

2.oneself作賓語

（1）有些動詞需有反身代詞

absent,bathe,amuse,blame,dry,cut,enjoy,hurt,introduce,behave

We enjoyed ourselves very much last night.我們昨晚玩得很開心.

Please help yourself to some fish.請你隨便吃點魚.

（2）用於及物動詞+賓語+介詞

take pride in,be annoyed with,help oneself to sth.

I could not dress (myself) up at that time.那個時候我不能打扮我自己.

3.by oneself 是指親力親為,自己做的意思。

例如：I should do it by myself.我應該自己做這個。

4.for oneself 為了自己

例如：what you do is not just for youself.你做的這並不僅僅是為你自己。
